Returns & Refunds Policy
Change of Mind
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Email us at create@clayculture.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect item, and a description of the issue.
- We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
Lost Packages
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office and neighbours first.
- If it remains missing, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.
