Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 2-8 business days
• Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1-4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at create@clayculture.com.au.
